The Role
You might be a former clinician who has transitioned into the world of marketing and is eager to grow further. You have 1–2 years of experience with paid ads, copywriting, and leveraging technology to drive marketing outcomes. You're passionate about learning, growing, and taking ownership. A growth mindset is a must. Alternatively, you could be a marketer who understands the clinical world — someone who has worked closely with healthcare providers and can connect the dots between patient care and performance marketing. What You'll Do
- Own 2–4 Marketing Channels Lead execution and performance in a combination of Ads, Email Marketing, and overall marketing funnel builds for our clients.
- Ensure Channel Performance Be directly responsible for KPIs in Ads and Email (CTR, conversions, ROI) and quality of funnel building.
- Oversee Marketing Account Manager (MAM) Deliverables Ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals. Review and approve deliverables before they go out to clients.
- Step In at Critical Moments Act as the escalation point when projects are at high risk or require strategic direction.
- Develop SOPs and Playbooks Systematize execution with scalable, repeatable processes.
- Manage Content Quality Uphold and enhance content standards across marketing outputs.
- Project Management Use Monday.com and Hubspot to ensure timely task completion across team members.
- Push Innovation Forward Initiate new marketing projects and service improvements.
- Leverage AI for Efficiency Use AI tools to enhance productivity and performance.
- Weekly VA Management Meet with VAs, assign tasks, ensure accountability and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Customer Success to align marketing and retention efforts. Jump into client accounts when needed and take on some of your own.
- Lead Training Calls Host training for internal teams and clients to improve knowledge and performance.
- Own Reporting and Insights Track KPIs, build team scorecards, and use insights to refine strategy.
- Contribute to Social Content Share expertise and thought leadership via social platforms.
- Resource Planning Forecast team capacity needs and propose scalable solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 2–4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in an agency setting
- Expertise: Proven success in Ads (Google, Meta), Email Marketing, and basic landing page optimization
- Growth Minded: Willing to put in the work to learn new marketing platforms and AI
- Tools: Proficient with Monday.com, Google Ads, HubSpot, and AI tools
- Leadership: Experience managing support staff or VAs, with strong delegation skills
- Execution-Oriented: Able to toggle between strategy and hands-on work
- Detail-Oriented: Obsessed with quality, deadlines, and continuous improvement
- Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing KPIs and using data to drive decisions
- Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills, client-facing experience preferred
- Innovator: Passion for improving systems, testing new ideas, and pushing boundaries

Challenges to Expect
- Balancing Strategy and Execution: You’ll constantly shift between big-picture planning and hands-on campaign management — expect to wear multiple hats daily.
- Working with a fast paced team: Patch is constantly involving and pushing new initiatives forward, so working a fast pace and thinking on your feet is a must
- Maintaining High Standards at Scale: As client volume grows, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery across Ads, Email, and funnels will push your organization and leadership skills.
- Managing and Leveling Up a Remote Team: Overseeing VAs and marketing staff remotely requires strong delegation, training, and accountability systems.
- Stepping in During High-Stakes Moments: You’ll be the go-to for escalations and underperforming accounts — quick thinking and problem-solving are essential.
- Keeping Pace with Rapid Innovation: Staying current with AI tools, marketing trends, and platform changes (Google, Meta, HubSpot) is crucial to stay competitive and deliver results.
